SA in [Junjou Romantica]. Usagi raping Misaki in the first episode.

Is it actually a story of a victim falling for his abuser/rapist after he keeps persuading him?
I think it is but I’m not sure it was intended to be.

Why is this not talked about how the main couple, main focus of the story, the main character rapes Misaki in the first episode and they become a couple later?

I didn’t even realize this when it was my first BL ever, nearly a decade ago when I was like 15, it was one of my favorite anime and sekaiichi hatsukoi still is.
I loved watching them as a couple, it was my main source of romance even. I thought of the first episode as teasing and seduction.

Now I haven’t seen Junjou Romantica in more than a few years at least when I realized my favorite character wasn’t just toxic. I’ve heard SA being normalized in some yaoi but this seemed like a pure hearted anime.
