pls help me find this BL ive been looking for

I re-read a lot of yaoi/BL, but I have a hard time memorizing the names. I can only ever remember the context and the covers/art.

Anyway, I’m trying to find a particular manga that I’ve read a few times and I just have the itch for it again.

The ML starts painting the MC’s nails while he’s asleep in class, and then this leads to the ML painting the MC’s toenails often and such. Sorry it’s so vague, but there’s not really anything else of note that I can think of right now lol
