please help me find this artist

hi so this is my first time posting here. i’ve been searching for 3 hours for a certain artist. his name/artist tag started with a Z like zaupher or zapher or something idk but i know the Z was at the beginning. he drew an array of characters but his most popular were dogs that never had pants on no mater OC details. i also know he drew younger looking characters which he got a lot of hate for.
anybody know who i mean?
