I need to find that yaoi I read when I was a teenager

I wanted to know if anyone can know the name of this yaoi one shot

​I read a yaoi one shot many years ago, I remember some details but even with this detail, I can’t find it

These are:

• The protagonist has a sister, they fall in love with the same character, this character actually crossdresses

• There is a panel of the sister showing her brother the photo of this character on her cell phone and the protagonist suspects that it is the same person he is in love with.

• This character is blond and wears glasses, there is a panel of him sitting at the bar wearing a dress and the protagonist falls in love because he thinks he is a girl.
