Looking for a yaoi I read a couple years ago

I read this yaoi like 2 years ago and I stupidly forgot to log it so I’m asking here after months of searching. Here is all that I can remember. I think it was a manga, not 100% sure on that one. It was black and white. The uke was a hikikomori, I don’t remember exactly why but I knew he had lots of trauma, I think his parents were dead and he felt some sort of guilt from it? I remember he still hadn’t unpacked all their things from moving and that’s one of the things the uke and the seme did together.

How the uke meets the seme is from the ukes brother(?) or friend(?) I don’t remember which, introducing the seme as the ukes new caretaker because I think the uke’s friend/brother was getting married maybe or was leaving for work and couldn’t help the uke anymore. I remember the uke was super timid at first and wouldn’t come out of his room or talk to the seme at all but they bonded slowly and formed a relationship. I remember the seme also had some unsolved trauma which resulted in the uke pushing the seme away and the seme left only to come back.

I know this is super vague and by far a long shot but maybe someone knows and can help me. Let me know if this isn’t the right sub to ask.
