Firstly, it’s not Blacksad.
I stumbled upon this comic around 2000~ in a shady book store in Helsinki Finland. I didn’t get to read it too much because I was a pre-teen and out with my older sister.
The comic had a antromorphic cat and a human woman. The woman made approaches to the cat and they started having sex. I vaguely remember the cat saying something along the lines “damn you crazy woman” when she was undressing him.
Thats about all I remember of it. I know it’s a long shot, but if anyone has a shot of finding this comic it’s the Reddit hivemind.
