I remember reading one where the MC is approached by some dude at his door saying he can grant him a wish and the MC wishes to go back in time to talk to his past self because his ex boyfriend broke up with him cuz his ass was too tight or something? So he goes back in time and talks to his past self and helps his past self loosen his ass. The ending shows that he successfully changed the future and that he’s still together with his boyfriend.
It’s definitely a strange concept but I remember reading it and I can’t find it. It may have been an extra one shot to a different manga.
